The room at Hotel Recuerdos was absolutely lovely. The TV worked great, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with complimentary toiletries. There was a slight downside to my stay at Hotel Recuerdos. The room was a bit small, with a small window located above head height.

one minor thing off

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the flexible check-in and the opportunity to explore a local cenote while leaving our bags at the hotel. the pool and colonial roof terrace were great, and the room was clean with complimentary water and coffee.

The staff made us feel welcomed and were always willing to assist.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Recuerdos in Valladolid. I stayed for three nights and found the room to be lovely with a great TV that worked perfectly. The bathroom was nice and they provided free toiletries which were a great bonus. I loved having a coffee machine in the room. The rooftop patio area was a great place to relax in the evening and the pool was incredibly refreshing. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The room was very clean and the organic toiletries they provided were a nice touch. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making my stay even better. one of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip in Mexico.
